Ingredients (for 10 pieces of Kaspressknödel)

5 Eggs
500 ml Milk
600 g Mountain cheese
1000 g Dumpling bread
150 g Butter
  Salt, pepper, parsley

.Preparation

  1. Mix dumpling bread, cheese, salt, pepper, parsley.
  2. Then stir in eggs.
  3. Heat milk and butter at the same time and also mix in.
  4. Form dumplings and press flat.
  5. Fry in hot fat until golden brown on both sides.
  6. Then cook for 10 minutes in salted water.
